Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EcomView (the “Service”), an early-stage ecommerce marketplace analytics and connector application. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what the Service does
EcomView is being built to help sellers bring order, return, and settlement data from multiple sales channels into one workspace. As of this version:
- Account creation, email/password sign-in, and Google/Microsoft sign-in are implemented.
- A Connectors page lists marketplaces we intend to support (currently Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and WooCommerce). None of these integrations are live. No order, return, or settlement data is actually synced from any marketplace today.
- The public marketing pages of this site may show sample/demo figures for illustration. Any screen labeled as sample or demo data does not reflect your real data or any live connection.
We may add, change, or remove features, including connectors, at any time without prior notice.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and, where applicable, your name to register.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- You may sign in using a Google or Microsoft account instead of a password. Doing so is subject to that provider’s own terms, in addition to these Terms.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or to our systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service’s infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
4. Early-stage service, no warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Because the Service is in active, early-stage development, features may change, be incomplete, contain errors, or be temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We do not guarantee that any marketplace connector shown on the Connectors page will become available, or a timeline for when it might.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomView and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including for a violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
[Governing law and jurisdiction to be added — this placeholder must be completed with the operating company’s actual registered jurisdiction before these Terms are relied upon.]
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [support contact email to be added].
This page is a starting template reflecting the Service’s actual current functionality. It is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and fill in the bracketed placeholders above, before relying on it as a binding legal document.
